“How can I switch the phone to "tone" instead of "pulse" dialing? It only works if I first hit the */tone button before I dial a number. I also have to hit that button before pushing any number when have to chose from a menu. Very annoying!”

• Press the menu button 3 times from the home screen to view dial mode. Then use the up/down arrow keys on each side to select tone dial. then press menu.
