• Voicemail, Answering System, and Sharing a call on two Hansets DID NOT work on Bluetooth. Just plain phone calls and directory import from Cellphone. All the fancy features work with a phone jack connected. I got a Cell2Jack to plug into the phone jack to get those to work. I probably could have kept my old phone jack only AT&T HD Audio system

• I was able to connect this phone to my cell phone via bluetooth. As such, my I was also able to answer the call(s) via my bluetooth headset (Jabra) which is connected by way of my Cell Phone. This is one feature I was happy to note as I realized once I unpacked the phones there was not a headset jack on the handsets. I hope this answers your question. I cannot say with certainty if all bluetooth headsets can do this. I only have experience with Jabra.
