You can activate over the phone anywhere by just using the SIM and the access code.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you can. Take the phone back into to mobile section and talk to an employee there. If you didn't buy on of these cards (or another prepaid card for a different amount/plan), you will need to buy one. If your phone doesn't have a SIM card they will need to put one in. Another option, and possibly a better one, is to go to another Best Buy, if you are near one, or an AT&T store. Another resource is the AT&T prepaid customer service line at 1 (800) 901-9878.
