I have no idea. I simply connected the phone and have not set anything other than to receive calls and record messages. The instruction booklet has a section on setting up blocking phone numbers, but I have not tried to do anything with that.

You can set it so no calls come through without the person announcing their name first. It won’t even ring if they don’t leave their name before they here you’re recorded message. Finally, no more incessant ringing!
