“This phone announces each number I dial, even though I turned off the Caller ID announcement in settings. I don't want it to read the numbers I dial out loud either. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried everything”

I was not aware of that feature, but I believe the Caller ID announcement setting has to do with if the incoming call is announced audibly (on) or not (off). Perhaps it is another setting that needs to be turned off and can be found via Google?
