Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry I can’t help. I haven’t even opened the box. I realized as son as it arrived that I had ordered the wrong phones. I have been trying to find out how to return it, but according to Best Buy I never bought it. Good luck trying to return it, they charge $45.00 if the box has been opened. Because of the quarantine I cannot return it to the store. Good luck.
