• Have always gotten telephone batteries at the "Battery Store" where ever we lived. Go on line and find the closest "Battery Store" then take whatever part of your phone needs the battery with you and they'll install it.

• On my previous set, I called the company who manufactured it for the best compatibility to my set. Batteries I purchased from a battery store didn't work as well for me.

• Google the phone brand online, and you'll find a whole slew of places that carry replacement batteries.

• You might try Batteries Plus. I've found replacement batteries for all of my phone systems there over the years. The customer service personnel place the batteries in the phone for you to make sure the batteries are a good match.
