• Not sure. There are a lot of features in manual that I have not used. But, calls are audibly announced (unless you turn it off) so you can tell who is calling before you answer phone. I added my frequent callers to phone book (including annotations like Work or Cell after name), so I would hear the announcement "PersonName Cell" or "PersonName Work". It works for me.
