The phone does not beep , only blinking light

Obviously it can be because mine never beeps it just blinks. You just taught me something! I didn't know there was a function to make it beep! Sorry I didn't have the answer to help you accomplish it but it doesn't beep on mine so I am just going to say yes!

I don't ever hear any beeping...the light just flashes when you have a message... there is also a # to let you know how many messages you have..

Yes--you can choose just blinking light or beeping and blinking light.
