• yes, just enter your contacts phone number ONLY so that their number will be displayed, rather than their name

• We actually use the default answering option which in a male voice says "Hello, please leave a message after the tone." You can also create your own greeting to say whatever you wish so you could announce it to say just the phone number only if you choose.
