“Frequently the phone goes silent in the middle of a call. We cannot hear the other person and they cannot hear us. Has anyone else experienced this?”

• I tried two exchanges at Best Buy because there was so much like white noise on the calls. I couldn't stand it. Changed to Panasonic KX-TGF775. So far, much better and my calls have not lost connection.
