• All are 0.5 inch wide and most are 0.4 inch vertical. There is about 0.1 inch between buttons. The menu, redial, speaker, mute, and INT (intercom) buttons are the same width (0.5 inch), but the vertical height is about 0.25 inches.

• I have not measured the size of the number pads, and am not 104 years old, but I do find them easy to use for my old hands, and do like that they light up.
