Can you block incoming return calls? null

No, this model does not have a call blocking feature.

I do not think so. We get robo calls alot. But the caller id works great so when a call comes in from an unfamiliar place we do not answer. This is a great phone. I am not tech savy so there might be a way but it is not obvious in the manuel. Hope this helps!
