A:AnswerIt does, but it doesn’t look that great on the wall. Would really rather have had a phone that was made for the wall, but wasn’t able to find one. This one was the best I could do.
A:AnswerI don't block numbers on my phone, I use the answering machine to screen calls. I did look up whether there is a way to block numbers in the manual and it doesn't look like it. You do get to see the caller ID on the handset.

A:AnswerDo you have your phone line connected? And if you use a phone service thru a internet company, you will need additional piece of equipment to make it work. If that is the case, call your internet provider for help.
