• Base unit has to pluged into a telephone outlet: either wall outled or from modem the handset additional units can be plugged into any electrical outlet throughout the house

• The base phone unit is plugged into the phone line and a wall outlet. The handset of the base has no wires. The other units are plugged into an outlet and are NOT plugged into the phone line. The handsets have no wires connecting them to the base.

• Each phone has a seperate charging base that needs to be plugged into the wall.
