It means 1 of the 3 receivers is not hung up right.

Please try again later.Depend on your system, whether you have traditional land line or Voip, but very obviously, somewhere in your line maybe shorted, Or maybe the pins in the plug are shorted, most likely is inside wire in your house or have certified technician come to check your line.
