It should have came with a battery for each receiver, so if a battery is missing, try contacting the Best Buy store from which the item was purchased. (If it was a open box purchase, the missing batteries may never have been returned by the original purchaser.). If Best Buy is unable to assist, the phone should be under warranty, so contact ATT on their website www.telephones.att.com or call 1 (800) 222-3111 if in the US. Per the Manuel, the replacement battery is model BT162342/ BT262342 which ranges anywhere from $5-$12 depending on the seller.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The product should have had 3 batteries with it. . Two were wrapped to the extra phone battery compartment covers. They are unique batteries if they were not in the original box I would take it back or call the manufacturer.
