• I bought two and they both came with SIM cards already installed. I just called AT&T on my business account and added them.

• i swapped the sim card from another att mobile hot spot that i had for some time check with your carrier for your specific needs

• Not from Best Buy. You will need to go to your provider who will set up line and give SIM card.
