• No. The minutes do not rollover.... However the balance does... so if you only needed $24.50 the remaining $.50 would be added when u add you next phone card. And so forth and so on.

• This is a refill card, not roll-over. It gives you $25 worth of go phone service you can use on talk, data or text. You need a phone with is SIM card for AT&T in order to use this.
