• You can put the pictures on a micro memory card and transfer it to a computer. From then you can put them in Itune and upload them. Or you can save your photos to OneDrive. Your contacts you can export them to your google e-mail or sim card. You can probably ask AT&T to export them to your phone.

• I guess you can save everything to a computer and transfer through your cord. That is going to be the easiest way. Or transfer through google docs etc.
