“The ringtone is too low for my mom to hear. It’s too low for me to hear also! It’s set on the highest volume 15/15 but it’s very low. Is there a way to get louder ringtones other than what is set in the phone?”

Unless you can Bluetooth or download some ringtones to the phone from computer or another source, ones that will sound louder than the few pre-installed ones, I don't know of a way to get louder volume from the phone.
