The AT&T Alcatel Smartflip 4052R can do the things you listed. It can take pictures and record videos, it can text and send MMS messages with pictures, it can do email (I have my Gmail on the phone). It can do email by WiFi to save mobile data. It has a music player but you have to download or transfer music files to use it. It has an FM radio but it needs a wired headset with a 3.5mm plug to get reception as an antenna. It has a basic mobile browser. There are a lot of games available on the KaiOS store on the phone. You can browse the store via WiFi to pick apps you like, then download them. There are quite a few little apps on the KaiOS store. I'm not into games so I can't recommend which ones might be best but I'm sure you can find something you'll like. They're probably basic. You can add a memory expansion microSD card to store music or pictures, probably up to 32gb.
