A:Answer Same problem, deleted contact storage, did a soft reset (remove battery), factory reset and none resolved the problem. Removed the SIM card and the contact app works again, put the SIM card back in problem returns. Either a corrupted contact database or problem with contact app accessing SIM storage. Will take to the Con Cellular store & see if it's my SIM card or the phone. Apparently this is a prevalent problem with the 4052 Alcatel phones.
