• Yes, it absolutely will.,I have two in use on my cricket account. AT&T will even unlock them after 6 months on cricket, if not right away. I suggest before you activate the phone to submit an unlock request with AT&T. I had them unlock a 6s immediately after purchase just a few weeks ago...
