QuestionI have an at&t alcatel idealxtra. Its not working good.. i want to take my sim card out and can i put it in this phone. I just changed my number so i want to keep it and i just put 35.00 in airtime. Will it go on this phone once i put my ol sim in ?

- Answer Yes. All you need to do is put in your current SiM. If its not the same size at&t or Best Buy will sell you one that will work. I think they're about 6 dollars now at at&t. They used to be free.

- Answer You should be able to go into settings/system/reset/factory or phone reset. That usually takes the phone back to the way it was when you bought it. Hope this helps.
