“Why does new phone show unlocked when it's supposed to be locked? Can't get phone to work, at&t said phone wasn't picking up Sim card. So do I need to return phone or is there a fix because I've already done factory reset and it didn't help.”

The phone should have came in a new box if you bought the same ones I did and if this is so then return the phone if it shows unlocked your order for messed up and to avoid any issues then simply get another phone sentvorvoick it up
