• It comes with a SIM card but I would warn you to not get this phone. It is horrible. I got one as well as my dad and it has horrible connectivity issues. Reception is lost constantly and I can say this with confidence because I live in Oklahoma and he lives in California and we both have the same issue. This phone also constantly overheats with charging. It was a complete waste of money.
