• No you have to add minutes this just gives you access to use att and the plan is up to you the best plan they have is $45 a month but you also have other plans available too.

• No, but it's month to month so you can order the cheapest one @30 bucks (includes unlimited everything except mobile internet) and just cancel it right after loading it. Or don't sign up for a reoccurring payment

• This is only the SIM card which is required to make the phone work. However, this alone does not make the phone work. You also need an ATT GoPhone service card which comes in various prices.
