No plan is included, you must sign up for the plan you wish and that determines the cost. You can get details from the phone company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the way this works is $45.00 is loaded onto the phone and the plan I have is 25-cents a minute and 20-cents for each text. I don't use a cell phone very much so this works good for me. It's my understanding you will have a choice as to plans on the AT&T web site when activating so something else might work better for you.
