As long as the sim cards are the same. I changed from a regular phone to a prepaid phone and it worked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as it is a nano sim card you should be able to just insert the sim and it will set up your account and carry over your number. I just did this same thing however mine was an older version Samsung phone similar to this one. Mine had a nano sim so I ordered this phone unactivated. When I put my sim in it transferred my number and info to the new phone with no issues.
