• If you want to have an ATT plan on a new iPhone, you'll need to have the enabling ATT SIM card. You can buy the card at Best Buy and buy your new phone wherever you wish; then bring card and phone to an ATT store where ATT will set things up for you. Check with an ATT store first. Otherwise, Best Buy should also be able to set things up for you.
