- Answer I don't see why not. I've done it with other phones. Turn on the phone's wifi, put in your password if the router is password protected and that's it. Some places like public libraries and McDonald's have free public wifi. These make great inexpensive internet surfing devices.

QuestionI'm trying to send an mp3 ringtone from my old flip-type cell phone on a 3G network to a Maven 3 on a 4G network via Bluetooth. I can pair the devices up but can't send a complete file (only about 8% gets sent). Are there compatibility issues at play?

- Answer After doing some research I am now able to answer my own question as both phones cannot be in sleep mode when attempting to do this.

- Answer You do need to buy minutes, no minutes=no calla/texts, but you can use wifi to surf the web without buying anything.

- Answer I bought a phone that was locked to AT&T. I was able to use it with SafeLink by purchasing a TracFone and AT&T compatible SIM card. I put the SIM card in and then called SafeLink and they did what they had to do to get it to work. So I don't see why this one wouldn't work as well.
