• It doesnt have the plate but it mounts to the plate if you have it on the wall. The plate is generally done by the phone company.

• Yes the phone can be adjusted to mount on a walll plate. Just follow instructions enclosed with the phone. You must have a standard wall bracket with the two mounting studs to attached the phone to.

• No plate. It has 2 hook slots to hang on a preinstalled wall plate.
