“Can you mount this phone on the same wall plate that is now in place for an original Trimline phone? Why do some comments say it doesn't mount to a wall?”

Why will the trimline wall phone not mount on the wall. I am told there is nothing on the back of the phone to connect to the mount. Should there be a different wall plate, what kind and where to purchase? Thank you. Wilma Mabrey 817-269-3074
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to mount it on the same plate as my former Trimline phone. I had no difficulty doing this. You just have to pull out the clip on the phone where the receiver goes so the handset stays in place.
