Will Best Buy set it up for me if i purchase it there? null

They didn't for me but I made it clear that I knew what I was doing. They can guide you how to set it all up but, ultimately, it is your responsibility to make a Verizon account and activate the device. Their instructions are really specific, though. So, it should be foolproof!
