No not that sophisticated like that. That you would actually need a router and the wifi with the internet. I wouldnt try it or experiment with it. Its just a simple tool to get wifi when your out and about.. this gives you internet where some places dont have any or there wifi is too slow.. this will help you get a stronger signal and easy wifi connect.
