• You can try swapping the SIM card from your older hotspot to this new one. However, please check if the new hotspot takes the same SIM card size as your older one. If they are different, you can get the correct SIM card size for the new hotspot by visiting an AT&T store. Just tell the agent that you would like to activate the new hotspot using your prepaid plan from an older hotspot. That should work.
