From what i have seen when looking at hotspots from Verizon and At&T. the only area where unlimited plans work is with phones. if you tether or use your phone as a hotspot you null and void the unlimited portion and will be charged for data. be careful with that .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have unlimited data you won't need a hotspot device but you can hook up. It is for devices that don't have unlimited and therefore do not use their data on their plans.. We went on vacation and some had unlimited and some did not. Plus we had an Xbox. You need wifi to play on line with the gaming system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this is a Verizon device it will not work with anyone but Verizon. ATT dataplan is a bit of a pain if you have an unlimited plan they won't let you teather your device since the "dataplan is for your phone it can only be used by phone" so teathering is disabled . If you have an ATT dataplan that's NOT unlimited then Teathering can be enabled.
