Yes, if you live in a coverage area. I live about 40 minutes outside of San Diego, and we can't get high-speed land-line Internet (e.g. Fios, U-verse) here. And while I wouldn't recommend this for a whole month because of cost, it certainly fills the gap in a pinch.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably will, I live in a dorm with 50 other guys, internet is super slow, a little better than dial up and this replaced it fine. As long as you have enough signal it should be better than dial up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It certainly is faster than dial-up and rock solid as long as you can get a AT&T signal, especially if you can connect at LTE speeds. Even one bar at LTE is around 3 Mbps download speed in my experience.
