• Yes as long as you have active GB on your plan and it is charged as long as you have it within 110 feet of the device you will be able to access the internet.

• As long as there is an AT&T tower for signal connection, then yes, you are 'hotspot' or able to connect to the internet wherever you go.

• Yes. If you use it as a hotspot. The device has the option of setting up a "guest" hotspot that you can limit connections to. Nice option for a small business.
