YES. Just like you would add a go phone. Don't go to the AT&T Store. Contct AT&T. You have to have ready the IMEI number and chip number. The unit is basically a phone that never shuts off. You will have to do the setup on it yourself but its not hard. Once it is connected to the network you can rock n roll.
