After buying hotspot is there a bill monthly? null

You purchase the device. In order to have WiFi on this device, you must purchase a monthly data plan or pre-paid plan.

There is not a monthly fee. After purchasing the hotspot, the purchase required is the amount of data you want. Of course, that depends on you and your usage pattern. I believe you can choose a monthly option, but I prefer to add data as needed.
