When i put the disc in 3 add ons cane up. I believe 2 were actual downloads. They downloaded and installed automatically. If they dont install automatically, click on manage game content. Select the add ons and click install. Some copies of the game require manual installing.

Upon inserting the disc, a prompt will tell you that you can also install the DLC content along with the Base Game and the latest update. There are reports that the Nintendo Switch version also has the DLC on the cartridge as well.
