Can a 32 inch tv sit on top of this null

I think it could, but the top is pretty narrow. Also would depend on the size of the base of the TV. Personally, I think I would look at other options.

No. It is not designed to place a TV on the top shelf.

No. These shelves are flimsy and and not very deep. Can’t imagine them being able to support a tv.
