No it does not have dividers. It comes with 5 shelves to accommodate cd's, movies and games.

The shelves are adjustable but there are no dividers. If you are looking for dividers then I've recommended something a little more suited for that need. The dividers swing back and forth so you can slide and place them where you want on the first recommendation. This is one I've personally owned.
