• It does BUT YOU MUST ANCHOR IT TO THE WALL...mine started to lean within a couple days so I had to go back and attach it

• If you mean against the bottom molding where the floor and wall meet (coving) yes fits good but you still need to use those L shape mounts to support the top. Still you might have a little gap between the wall and the shelves depending on how straight your wall is
