A:Answer Yes it will; mine is a 2000 extended cab, 2000-02 1500-2500's are identical. It fits firm from floor to bottom of seat, and basically has a flush face with edge of seat. So it definitely fills the area below seat completely, and straddles Hump well,
It has a darker gray/black material, and a plaque, pretty sharp, its alot better than the lighter gray material, box is really solid, cant wait to power up. Ill try load pics soon.
