Does it have a BEATER BAR for carpets?? null

Yes, but it seems to be less bristles on the brush than I recall on my previous vacuums. There are two heads…one with the rotating brush, the other has a short bristled brush around the rim which you can lower for flat floor surfaces with a foot adjusting tab. I believe the beater bar/brush is the “Turbo head.”

Yes and it broke after the first couple of days.
