• I believe that you will get a physical card in the mail. You may get a code in your email. Make sure that the two codes match when you receive your card. I would go to the store and buy the card. This is because you can't ensure whether or not somebody may have swiped the code before mailing it to you.

• That is a physical card with a code. That will give you three different credits that you can redeem one per month. It is like a three month subscription.
