The receiver will need to have either a set of PHONO jacks for a turntable or a set of line level jacks, such as AUX or CD jacks. If you are going to be using a set of line level jacks make certain you choose a turntable that features a built-in phono preamplifier, the AT-LP70X-BZ Turntable that you mention does feature this.
